Liability waiver for all services of the company Projekt Free Spirit, its employees, partners and agents (hereinafter also referred to as "we", "us" and "our")

Dear participants,

We are delighted to welcome you to our event. Before taking part in the event, we ask you to read and understand the following general liability waiver carefully. By taking part, you consent to the following conditions:

You are aware that the services and products we offer do not constitute healthcare, medical services, or the diagnosis, treatment or cure of any illness or other physical or mental condition.

You understand that we are not doctors, psychologists or any other kind of professional and licensed healthcare facility, unless this is expressly stated.

If you are under medical supervision and taking medication, the service you wish to use should be discussed with your treating doctor beforehand. Medication should also not be discontinued without consulting your doctor.

You understand that any information given is not to be regarded as medical advice, or as a substitute for advice from medical professionals.

1. Risks of the services

You acknowledge and understand that the services offered involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents or damage to property. You acknowledge that the activities may involve physical and mental demands and that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are of sufficient fitness and health to take part in the services.

2. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless against any injury, accident, damage, loss or other claims arising from your participation in the activities or from the use of the facilities provided.

3. Personal responsibility

You are responsible for your own safety during the service. You declare that you will follow the instructions of the persons in charge and that you bear responsibility for your own decisions and actions during the event.

4. Medical consent

Unless otherwise stated, it is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the necessary medical and health requirements to take part in the services. If you suffer from a medical condition or injury that could affect your ability to take part in the services, we recommend that you seek medical advice beforehand.

5. Consent to the use of photographic material

You agree that photos, videos or other recordings may be made during the event on which you may be recognisable, in both image and sound. You consent to our use of the photographic material for advertising and marketing purposes without any remuneration being payable to you.

If you do not consent to point 5, please inform us at the start of the event.

6. Acceptance of personal responsibility and disclaimer of liability

You agree that you alone bear full responsibility for your own life and wellbeing. You release us from any and all liabilities, injuries, grounds of action, amounts of money or claims of any nature whatsoever that you have had, currently have or will in future have against us. This also applies where these arise from participation in a service, unless they arise from our gross negligence.

By taking part in our event, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this general liability waiver. You agree that the general liability waiver limits your rights and is binding.
